Toner2Print, Inc. has been working on office equipment, service and sales, since 1996. We have provided service from small desktop printers, to large networkable and multi-use copier(s). There has been no small job we turn down or big job we can’t handle.

- Extended Care, Toner2Print, Inc. also offers additional warranty for your products, as an alternate coverage. Our coverage is very competitive and practical.

- Set-up User Account, setting up an account is easy and recommended, but not required. However, setting up an account with us today allows you to create an admin profile and gives you many important options. Set up an account and enjoy all our features, discounts and many options we have to offer.

Our Process

- Secured On-Line Ordering
For the last 5 years Toner2Print, Inc. has worked hard to develop a web base, user friendly account log in system. This system allows our customers to place secured on-line orders, create a history of customer returns, view and place orders, and save a list of favorite or preferred items. It also allows customers to communicate with representatives, post request for quotes and easily convert quotes to orders. Our customer system also allow primary account holder to be set up as administrator and add sub-account users with approved multiple ship to addresses.

- Browse our Inventory
Prior to a sales order, our customers browse our inventory, click on the item they would like to purchase and add it to their shopping cart. If customers are not registered, they may purchase item(s) as a “Guest Checkout” user. A quick check out user (Guest) cannot enjoy the full features of a registered users. However, he still has access to important information about their order(s). A Guest may order securely, track orders, and process returns by simply visiting our One-Time-Order customer link. Account registered users have full access to account options, like; order history, multiple ship to locations, multiple payment options, email promotions, and much more.

- Our Service Department
Having a large printer/copier parts inventory, together with our customer, user friendly log-in system, allows us to promptly trouble shoot a technical problem, and dispatch our technicians to the On-Site location with the right tools to do the job. Toner2Print, Inc. address's your needs efficiently with over 15 years experience in printer/copier repair we are able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and bring the correct parts to the On-Site service call location. Having the right part(s) and understanding printing equipment functionality is important to ultimately lowering down time and cost for our customers. Our technical support team will log in customer service calls so our customers have real-time status on their printer/copier repair.

The cost of In-House repair is discounted for the customer, but our beginning to finish process is the same, quality service. Once the printer/copier is sent to us for service our experienced technicians will diagnosed the problem. The printer/copier will be log into the customer’s on-line account. This will give customer real time update on the repair status. Once a diagnosis is available, we will contact our customers for repair approval. The entire process will be registered in our customer’s www.toner2print.com user account, for our customers to see. Our program allows us to open our business to our customers and have a record of their repairs, parts, supplies, and purchases they make with Toner2Print, Inc.
